We manufacture wooden house either single or double wall depending on the client’s requirements. For single wall,electrical cable installation is placed underneath the floor and for double wall is placed in between the walls. Wall insulation is available if required as well as galvanized brackets to secure posts.

Structure Materials : Coloumb, Beams, Rafter, Floor and exterior/interior walls from kiln dried solid wood like Bangkirai wood and Merbau wood. Window and door frames from kiln dried Merbau wood.

Roofing Materials : Clay tile roofing, Bitumen sheet roofing, Metal tile roofing, Alang-alang thatch roofing or Wooden sirap (shingles) roofing.
